The goal is to make it available for all charting packages. We are looking to find persons who can develop it for each charting package.
- If you can develop what results are gathered into an indicator for your charting package or know someone that can, then please post the information here. That person will receive special status and acknowledgement!
- Scourer the internet and find the formula. Ask people close to the source. Gather information and collect facts. Post your results.
- Verify the information posted against what you are seeing on the live charts. Post your results.
- Post any information and links you have found regarding the Sidewinder.
Together we will further the cause of Traders Helping Traders! We can all benefit from Project: Sidewinder

All this hoopla about "the Sidewinder". Give me a break. It is only used for ZLRs and you KNOW how well those work. LOL.
I have a better plan. I use the EMA and only take 100 line rejects when the EMA is over a 30 degree angle.
That's the reason we need to create it for all otehr charting packages. Why is woodie not getting it done for any other chartign package except for the ones in which he is getting kickbacks for?

the sidewinder is just another bogus "must have" indicator to keep the sheeple around begging for it. don't worry if you don't have it. as woodie assured everyone when it was first plastered on his pearlfromarizona esignal charts many moons ago, "we'll have it programmed for everyone on sierra and tradestation. if we can't get it for everyone, then i'll take it off my charts."
we all know woodie never lies.
The sidewinder is only used for ZLR. I personally find the EMA over 28 degrees of angle a better indicator for them. Just my 2 cents.
i agree but it is true that newbies are being led to buy a product by the nose because woodie is scamming them. now he is scamming them about autotrader.
we do need to get sidewinder for all charting packages just to put a stop to this.
Try this for the Sidewinder....combine the results of the angle a 34EMA and a 25LSMA and divide it by 2. Now if it is over a 30% angle it is green, under a 20% angle it is red and between the two is yellow.
I am not a programmer so it is up to you to program this formula.

Did you guys hear Todd the Moron today? The way he went on and on and on that all price traders are idiots who only takes loosing trades (always according to Todd!)and the way he uplifted himself as a trader and a mentor...my good - that made me physically ill!

Regarding Todd - I heard from one of the more prominent persons in Woodies room that Todd has been struggling very much with his own trading and that he just can´t seem to be able to make profits on a consistent basis. He is aware of his problems and are working on them but it will probably take him a year or two to learn how to trade properly (rembember that he is a newbie at this). So don´t bash him too much. I am sure he is trying his very best! The same moderator also told me that Todd suffers from bad self esteem and this may be the reason why he is always trying to look like he is the best trader on the planet.
I would like to know who this moderator is to give him/her a peice of my mind.

Note that the code for mult needs to be modified appropriately. You could also substitute pi for 22/7

Yes. I totally agree that Todd may be a moron when it comes to trading. He was, however, very succesful in his prior career. Todd used to be a pizza delivery boy and was very fast at deliveriving those pizzas. And he almost never got them to the wrong adress.
So. He does not stink at everythink he does in his life.
Todd used to autodeliver pizzas to my house. It was a very effective system using a robot car. He's a very smart cookie. Just give him some time to work the kinks out of his autotrader. It's going to blow up and he'll be swimming in bling.
todd is an example of someone that wants to grab the mic. speak to it like its his 'nubbie' and may be a latent homo.
todd isnt a trader, obviously.

they do it FREE and it drags in newbies because newbies just want to hear voice or someone telling them what to do for a trade.
